Delete local Orvia Mail data, revoke Google access, turn off cloud AI, and request removal of server-side records. Last updated 2026-07-15.
Open Orvia Mail, go to Settings -> Accounts, select the email account, and choose Delete Account. Orvia Mail removes that account, local mailbox records, local message indexes, offline operations, and stored credentials from this Mac.
Visit https://myaccount.google.com/permissions, find Orvia Mail, and choose Remove access. After revocation, Orvia Mail can no longer refresh Gmail tokens; using that Gmail account again requires reauthorization.
Open Orvia Mail, go to Settings -> AI, and turn off Allow Orvia AI cloud features. Mail processing will use local rules and on-device AI on supported Macs only; on-device models are not supported on mainland China Mac models. Gmail support is currently in beta, and some cloud AI features may be temporarily unavailable.
To delete your website launch-notification email, subscription/quota/support records, or AI proxy operation records, email orvia@aedc.cc and identify the email address or subscription account to delete. During current Gmail testing, Gmail message content is not included in AI proxy operation records. Verified requests are completed within 30 days after identity verification, except for limited records that must be retained for legal or security obligations.
Deleting Orvia Mail local data does not delete messages from Gmail or other mail providers unless you explicitly delete those messages in Orvia Mail or with the provider. You can manage provider-hosted mail directly in Gmail or the original mail service.
