Which mailboxes are supported?
The public release prioritizes Outlook, QQ Mail, Tencent Enterprise Email, NetEase 163/126, and custom IMAP/SMTP. Gmail is currently in limited testing for paid Plus monthly or annual subscriptions and valid Classic Licenses. Free trials do not grant Gmail access, and additional addresses remain subject to the ordinary mailbox allowance.
When will I receive a notification?
We will send a notification when Orvia Mail officially launches. Gmail testing seats are limited, and some cloud AI features may be temporarily unavailable during the beta.
Will mail be uploaded to Orvia Mail servers?
Mail is sent and received directly through your mailbox provider, not through Orvia Mail-owned relay servers. AI is local-first, and cloud AI can be disabled.
Can I write mail offline?
Yes. Orvia Mail keeps outgoing messages in a local queue and sends them in order when the network returns.
How do I report issues?
