Connect any IMAP/SMTP account by entering the server, port, and security settings.

Gather IMAP and SMTP details

You need the full email address, client password or app code, IMAP server, SMTP server, ports, and SSL/TLS settings.

Prefer app-specific credentials

If your provider supports authorization codes or app-specific passwords, use those instead of your webmail password.

Incoming and outgoing are verified separately

Orvia Mail checks IMAP receiving and SMTP sending separately. If one passes and the other fails, review the port and security mode.

Mail is not proxied through Orvia Mail

Custom mail connects directly to your mail servers. Cloud AI is off by default and can be controlled in settings.
