Use the official Microsoft authorization page

Authorization supports mailbox reading, syncing, searching, organizing, replying, archiving, and sending Outlook mail. Orvia Mail does not store your Microsoft password.
If you stop using Orvia Mail, open your Microsoft account app permissions and revoke Orvia Mail access. Using that Outlook account again requires signing in again.
Orvia Mail communicates directly with Microsoft Graph. AI features still follow local-first and cloud-off principles.
