Personal use license

Orvia Mail is a macOS mail client. You may use the App Store version of Orvia Mail on your own Mac. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass App Store / StoreKit purchase mechanisms.

How subscriptions are billed and canceled

Orvia Mail Plus, Orvia AI, and other App Store subscriptions shown at checkout are charged to your Apple account and renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, the subscription may renew. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refund conditions, timing, and process

Refund eligibility, time limits, amounts, and settlement timing for App Store purchases are determined by Apple, your purchase region, and applicable law. Sign in at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple’s process; Orvia cannot approve or issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf. Classic is a one-time license sold through the website. The installer includes a seven-day local trial for evaluation only; it does not create a refund right. Unless an edition-specific policy below or the checkout page expressly states a refund policy, or applicable law requires otherwise, Classic sales are final and Orvia does not offer a general voluntary refund guarantee. For duplicate or unauthorized charges, or activation failures that remain unresolved after reasonable support, contact hello@orviamail.com promptly with the order number (Stripe or Waffo Pancake) and purchase email. We review the order, license status, and applicable policy; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or message content.

Classic Mail refund eligibility, timing, and finality

Classic Mail has been withdrawn and is not for sale. The following information preserves compatibility and rights for historical orders and issued licenses.

For a first Classic Mail purchase, Orvia voluntarily accepts a whole-order refund request within seven calendar days. This voluntary window does not limit mandatory law, Waffo or Merchant-of-Record rights, duplicate-charge remedies, verified unauthorized-transaction remedies, or material defects that Orvia cannot remedy. A refund request is not final until the payment Provider confirms successful settlement; the License remains valid until that authoritative confirmation. Gmail eligibility for Classic follows the limited-testing and account-recovery policy below; it is not a permanently consumed license slot.

Gmail limited testing and account recovery

Active paid monthly or annual Plus and active Classic licenses may participate in Gmail limited testing. Free accounts and free trials cannot add Gmail. Gmail uses the normal paid mailbox allowance, with no global one-Gmail limit. Each saved Gmail retains its own Google identity, credentials and recovery protection. Normal removal does not prevent adding another Gmail; recovery of the original account still requires its original verified identity. Eligibility follows current verified Apple or license status. Refunds, expiry or revocation may change eligibility, but do not authorize transferring an existing identity. Testing does not guarantee Google approval, a particular mailbox or permanent service. Refund amounts, timing and process remain governed by the applicable purchase policy on this page.

Do not misuse the service

Do not use Orvia AI to create illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malware-related, or security-bypassing content, and do not overload the service through automation.

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms

Orvia Mail’s Privacy Policy explains what stays on your Mac, which features may use cloud processing, and how to turn off cloud AI. By using Orvia Mail, you acknowledge those data processing rules. Keep your own backups of important mail and data.

We may suspend or discontinue services

To the extent permitted by law, Orvia may suspend, restrict, or discontinue some services or Gmail limited testing for security, misuse, nonpayment, refund or revocation, changes to third-party policies or services, testing capacity, or operational reasons. If eligibility ends, adding Gmail again requires a then-current valid entitlement, the ordinary mailbox allowance, and Google approval. Existing Gmail identities cannot be transferred; except for an express checkout promise or applicable law, suspension or discontinuation does not create a refund obligation.

The service is provided as is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia Mail, Orvia AI, Gmail testing access, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for express promises or warranties that cannot be excluded by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available service, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliable operation of third-party mail providers, Apple, Stripe, Waffo Pancake, Google, networks, operating systems, or devices. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, data loss, or damage caused by third-party services. For the same event, Orvia’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Orvia for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights that consumers retain under applicable law.
