Terms of Use

Terms for using Orvia Mail, Orvia Mail Standard, Orvia Mail Plus, Orvia Mail Classic, and optional Orvia AI features, including billing, refunds, Gmail testing access, and liability limits.

Personal use license

Orvia Mail is a macOS mail client. You may use the App Store version of Orvia Mail on your own Mac. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or bypass App Store / StoreKit purchase mechanisms.

How subscriptions are billed and canceled

Orvia Mail Plus, Orvia AI, and other App Store subscriptions shown at checkout are charged to your Apple account and renew automatically on the billing cycle shown at purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, the subscription may renew. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a billing period that has already started. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Refund conditions, timing, and process

Refund eligibility, time limits, amounts, and settlement timing for App Store purchases are determined by Apple, your purchase region, and applicable law. Sign in at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/, choose Request a refund, and follow Apple’s process; Orvia cannot approve or issue an App Store refund on Apple’s behalf. Classic is a one-time license sold through the website. The installer includes a seven-day local trial for evaluation only; it does not create a refund right. Unless the checkout page expressly states a refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise, Classic sales are final and Orvia does not offer a general voluntary refund guarantee. For duplicate or unauthorized charges, or activation failures that remain unresolved after reasonable support, contact orvia@aedc.cc promptly with the order number (Stripe or Waffo Pancake) and purchase email. We review the order, license status, and applicable policy; approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Do not send passwords, OAuth tokens, or message content.

A refund does not release a Gmail testing admission

An eligible Plus annual subscription relationship or valid Classic License receives one Gmail limited-beta admission after payment completes or the license is verified. An App Store subscription relationship is identified by Apple’s original transaction identifier; renewals, restores, or plan changes within that relationship do not create another admission. Monthly members may keep an already-bound Gmail but cannot start a new admission during the beta. This is a limited-beta entitlement record, not a promise of a specific Gmail address, Google approval, or permanent availability. After a Gmail identity is first bound, that admission remains a permanently consumed record for the entitlement. Cancellation, subscription expiry, account deletion, removing the local mailbox, or changing devices may stop or pause access, but does not release, restore, or transfer a reserved or bound admission. We mark an entitlement refunded only when authoritative Apple, Stripe, or Waffo Pancake records confirm a full or prorated refund; a Family Sharing revocation alone is not treated as a refund. If a refund occurs before assignment, Orvia closes the unfulfilled reservation. Later renewals or restores of the same refunded subscription relationship, and a refunded Classic License, receive no later Gmail access, replacement admission, or compensation. A new independent entitlement also does not automatically restore or transfer the old admission.

Do not misuse the service

Do not use Orvia AI to create illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, malware-related, or security-bypassing content, and do not overload the service through automation.

The Privacy Policy is part of these terms

Orvia Mail’s Privacy Policy explains what stays on your Mac, which features may use cloud processing, and how to turn off cloud AI. By using Orvia Mail, you acknowledge those data processing rules. Keep your own backups of important mail and data.

We may suspend or discontinue services

To the extent permitted by law, Orvia may suspend, restrict, or discontinue some services or Gmail limited testing for security, misuse, nonpayment, refund or revocation, changes to third-party policies or services, testing capacity, or operational reasons. Suspension or discontinuation does not release, restore, or transfer a consumed Gmail admission; except for an express checkout promise or applicable law, it also does not create a refund obligation.

The service is provided as is

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia Mail, Orvia AI, Gmail testing access, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except for express promises or warranties that cannot be excluded by law, we do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, continuously available service, fitness for a particular purpose, or reliable operation of third-party mail providers, Apple, Stripe, Waffo Pancake, Google, networks, operating systems, or devices. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate; review it before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orvia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, business interruption, data loss, or damage caused by third-party services. For the same event, Orvia’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid Orvia for the relevant service during the 12 months before the event. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, liability that cannot be limited by law, or rights that consumers retain under applicable law.
